Not something that I would normally read Despite gory, cannibalistic scenes that will take your breath away, this post apocalyptic SciFi is a complex, suspenceful thriller that will make you wonder what life would be like in a barren world, without electricity, technology or even the primers to reload outdated spent bullets. The fact that I wanted to read on, was a testimony to how well it was written It was a far cry from the murder mysteries that I normally read.

As with Richard Myerscough s previous works, this novel was an edge of the seat gut twister His futuristic world pulled no punches about the extent man will go to secure his next meal In the book he also delves into the problems different cultures develop when isolated from the rest of mankind.Overall, a great book for those how like a dark read.
